They bought it for $24.5M... if I was a long-term unit holder I would feel sick. As I highlighted for everyone here (I have no skin in the game and have zero bias, positive or negative) - this management seems agressive with respect to management fees realtive to the size of the REIT. I assure you Management will not flinch to continue siphoning off value here at the current pace they have regardless of the fact of what just happened.
