The unpatented lode claims of the Gold Jackpot Property are located in Elko, Nevada, United States. The New Brunswick Property is comprised of approximately 1,200 hectares located in the county of Restigouche, New Brunswick, Canada.

From what I’m gathering about the splitco…

CAT will still have the Uranium but the Lithium parcel will be bought either by SURGE or LI... later both will be bought by the WHALE! CAT will still own the URANIUM company when split and the investors that bought CAT will be a part of the URANIUM ownership! MY TAKE!
