RE:Still selling from SPR

RE:Still selling from SPRPeople need to understand that the importance of (relatively) low oil prices is a very important subject for US administration for many reasons and they are insanely important. While they do not have the SPR capacity any longer that will allow them to dump it to the market in large quantities freely they will still utilize some additional tools in order to lower oil prices. One of them is wash trading with SPR oil. What that means is the will be buying an X amount of oil for SPR at a little higher than market prices and at the same time they will be dumping Y amount of oil into the market with one intention only - to lower the price as much as possible. It is very possible that Y amount will be a little higher than X amount, so that will still lead to depletion of SPR but at slower rates. US administration also will not care about losing 3-4 dollars on barrel, in fact, they will be happily doing it as the benefit of cheaper oil vastly exceeds the money lost during these washtrading actions.
