HR REITAdd back $3 FOR PMZ, and we're at $13.40. Considering HR was $25 10 years ago, a high quality diversified reit, hard to believe with record inflation it's value feel $12. Whose to say in 10 years we're not at $6? I'm really questioning if reits are good to be in with this capital destruction. Imagine buying in 2013 and looking now and seeing half your principal gone
