Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Just one example of the kind of change that is happening is that pharmaceutical life-cycle management that was historically headed by a single marketing 'chief' is over.The future is decentralized management which is demonstrating to be more productive.
