Arbitration outcome meaning??

Arbitration outcome meaning??Can someone  clarify  what the outcome of the arbitration will mean??

What is the status of things if  Replicel  wins.   Likewise  what does a  Loss mean.

Replicel  still owns the patents  right?

This whole process has stopped  everything as far as moving the product along.

Somehow do not see  this as a win for shareholders in any  way  , unless  there is a buyout offer  at a sustantial  price??
