RE:Hot Chili's latest PEA for the Costa Fuego

This stock is not well known.  Great run in July, those who see how undervalued it is are picking it up and low volumes reflect the demand side push.  One of those plays to look back on in 3 years and say,  'I could have bought that one for a buck'.  

Not sure which I like better, copper or hot chilis.
