I have a close of $4.39 by Nasdaq.com which reduced the 4% gap to 2% on the upside on the USA side. I know it's just pennies but it seems that their is an upside bias on the US side vs Canada. It has been going on for awhile now. Just an observational on my part. It will straighten out like an elastic band left free but my guess is the Nasdaq will lead any upside which can happen before it happens. I'm not offering investment advice.
