Announces up to $1.2M Private PlacementI would not mind the dilution if at minimum they announced a doubling of the drilling from 10,000 meters to 20,000 meters that would be positive.  Announcing a financing before releasing drill results at these really low prices would make one think the results may not be that exciting.
