If so, then the company should come out and say that. What is the pathway to permitting? What actions are the company taking in the application process?

And, if permitting is being pursued, then surely the flow rates at the wells support the process for production. Okay, tell us what the flow rates are.

Why should we believe any of this without the well data to support any claims for production or even the need for permits?
