Q2 expectations will be lowerNuvista, Q2 will be good as capex will be down, production flat (71,000) with Q1 after some fire outages, not a big harry deal.
It looks to me that NVA has really got as much big capital investors as you would want in a company, with NinePoints, GMT, Paramount. In fact it wasn't that long ago POU sold a few share to Nine Points, because they had a land purchase they had to make. Their keeping the shares they have held tightly in that group.
These three companys are some how in Cahoots and it will only be a matter of time for NVA to be swallowed up by the big fish.
I think Q3 will be the tipping point for NVA, and hopefully the recognition of the true value of the stock. I can't believe how we get sold off down in the $10.50 range it makes no sense to me. With 80,000 plus BOE in Q3 I really expect us to be a $14 plus stock.
Some people think higher, Nine Points has a much higher price target of NVA.
Nuvista can buy back 150,000 shares a day or about 10 million shares/quarter, costing 110 million in a quarter.
Buying back 10 million shares, a quarter, with a reduced float from the big investorss who are not selling, is going to put a lot of upward pressure on this stock.
IMHO
