well what could have triggered the legal kerfuffle

Has tudor been flirting with a major miner.... would a major miner doing its due diligence on the prospect of considering an investment in treaty creek have wanted clarification on the legality of the tunnel route. Don't quote me exactly, but in one of his recent videos ken konkin mentioned an option of involving a major in the treaty creek project, didn't he?
