Given that shareholders of ATAC will recieve shares in the spinout, with this group in charge....my unsolicited advice is run for the hills. Cant imagine that if there is any market whatsoever that Barrick wouldnt love to get off their holdings....not sure why they havent already.
Victoria certainly mishandled their activities.... but I think it goes to show you how far behind the 8 ball this group(ATAC) was with the company. They had little to no negotiating ability as to price, given their situation. I certainly wouldnt own stock in this company as a "well they done this before" group.... the track record is enough to turn anyone away.
