Because all stock options are currently out of the money (0.12 - 0.46). Would you rather exercise your options and buy a SIC share at anywhere from 0.12 to 0.46, or buy shares on the open market at under 0.10...? A previous poster mentioned a SIC rep stated the company is currently in a blackout period. That would be a legitimate excuse, but one wonders whether this is in fact true, and if so, what is the reason for the blackout...?
