What are these Rights I’ve received?

What are these Rights I’ve received?Former Coinsmart shareholder here.  Just got my Wonderfi shares credited to my account yesterday.  As expected, I received just over 1.8 shares of WNDR for every share I owned of SMRT.  But then I also see that I got credited with these WNDR Rights, one for each share of SMRT that I owned.  Wasn't expecting that.  Anyone know what that's all about?
