Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based mid-stage junior exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Canadian gold and base metal mineral resource properties. It is focused primarily on its wholly owned 57.43 square kilometers (km2) (14,191 acres) flagship brownfield, Ishkoday Gold and Polymetallic Project, located 220 kilometers (km) North-East of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Its Ishkoday is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Camp in the Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships located 25 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario and 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It holds a 100% interest in Brenbar, which consists of two mining leases covering 255 hectares contiguous and to the west of Ishkoday. It has a 100% interest in the Jubilee-Elmhirst, Beaurox and Twin Falls property. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cynthia’s post on LinkedIn todaySept 2022 numbers had Cynthia at just under 16.5 million shares. Roger doesn't have to report his holdings but I've always understood him to be the second largest shareholder - so total of 30 million?!

I've been told she used to work to keep her holdings just under some kind of 10% regulatory limit - that must have taken some work both corporately from Treasury and in the market. She hasn't sold a single share ever to my knowledge (it's all public info) - and she hasn't added a share in years. Yet she continues to invest her entire life into this project so she must believe in it completely. My assumption is that she is unable to buy more stock because of material non-public information that she has had for years - all around deal discussions that she isn't allowed to talk about. It's not the only explanation why someone would sell or buy any shares - but it fits what we all believe to be true. They are as long as they can be.
