Is Neil for real or just another Recaf gimmick?

Is Neil for real or just another Recaf gimmick?

Good catch rock trader, thanks for this important info.

Mr. Neil Steinberger, supposedly now Recaf's director of drilling, etc. is a very interesting fellow to say the least. He has overcome many personal and business challenges. His radical theories and new approaches to very profitable fraking were widely scoffed at in the beginning by oil industry experts and never were appreciated early on like a lot of other great inventors.

However it is not clear how his great talent  and enterprise will find a vehicle in Recaf. It supposedly can't frac by Namibian law and is doubtful Namibian geology even lends itself to fraking. Fraking has been extensively tried in many places around the world, notably Poland, with pitiful results.

So the big question for us investors is this: is Neil's involvement with Recaf for real or just another ploy by Recaf to boost its very troubled stock?
