RE:Morgan Stanley Do you have any original thoughts? MS believes we see a decline of 27%... how does that compare to the implied discount on the investment properties of H&R... if the expected decline is already integrated into the price, what does that say about H&R as an investment from a risk adjusted basis? Do you even know the implied discount of the assets held here based on current unit price?
