I am afraid that you missed my point.
1- on the volume. Ok let's say that yr numbers are better than mine ( I am always a little conservative. Contrarily to Bernard may be!). But this just reinforce my point. That there is plenty of existing producers feeding the present and future demand.
2- Presently most of the Si metal producers ( close to 10 millions TPY WW) are producing quite a bit of fumed silicon precursor for common applications ( byproducts mtl from their plants) and will continue to do so. And they are actively " greening" their environmental impact.
3- If HPQ base their selling point on the back of Silane environmental problem...its not going to fly very high!.
Yes I agree with you. The realty can sometimes create fear and for this reason...too many have this preference for believing their wishful thinking.
