Not sure if this is from May 10th, or from end of 45 days ?
The first seems to be the one, so, maybe late August to late September for plant build start (depending on wheather, wars and such).

Moly and Downsteam are on the back burner for now.

So do I, some thing is wrong here.

In an Australian past, Prime Ministers have, when in trouble moved the eyes of the media and public to say they wanted Australia to become a republic and/or change the National flag.
All eyes forgot the initial problems and moved to the lesser garbage ploy.
It did not work for long, people are not that stupid.
