Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. Yes DF and DFN have similar portfolios but DF has consistently had dividends suspended for long periods of time whereas DFN has missed only 4 (I might be off a bit) in the last 18 years. Very difficult to undertstand why it would suddenly fall apart and DF rise to more stable prices and sustained dividends. That to me represents a very tough gamble when prices of DF have stagnated consistently for the last 18 months or so.
