My OPEN LETTER to Martin Graham

My OPEN LETTER to Martin Graham

Dear Mr. Graham,

Can you please do something for us and create shareholder value?  I am 99% certain that you know what investors want to see.  So please, I bet you, tell investors what they want to hear!  Bundeep is not serving us.  You are supposed to be our governance!

You are currently the Chairman of the Board of 3 companies if you count us, including startup Tokenise and Xyenta.  According to this PR, Tokenise was sold to VERO last month:

Tokenise website

Does that free up any of your time to focus on us?  The income you are pulling here isn't too shabby, especially considering we have ZERO revenue and you keep diluting shareholders.  We were promised greatness, and Bundeep keeps serving us a platter of #$#@!

And you are a principle of this company here with Michael Kessler whom founded Tokenise:

Blue Jack Associates

This firm allegedly advises fin tech companies.  Are we not a Fin Tech company?  What kind of service are you providing for us?  I'm not seeing it.  You are able to create and sell companies. You do receive compensation.  When do we as shareholders get compensated?  Or are you just going to extract all out blood?  Is that how you get paid?   Like vampire, rather than creating the shareholder wealth which is your job?

What is Nirosh doing for us?  He has been here for 14 months now and I don't see sqat.  In just two more months, Michael Coletta will reach his two year anniversary with Fineqia.  Since he's been here, NIvaura has been written down to ZERO.  We invested in that company THREE TIMES.  Over $1M tossed in the wind for absolutely nothing to show for it.  Nivaura's founder now recently gets shares in our company after squandering our hard earnined money, and you call that governance?  What else is he going to extort for us?

Is your legacy to build a criminal organization here?  That's what's it's starting to look like to me. When do I get served?  When do shareholders that were loyal for years get served here?  Why is Bundeep allowed to extort a 6-digit salary, fly around the world to raise $1M after burning $1M on NIvaura?  Is this some kind of buddy system with no accountability or oversight?  Do you sleep well at night, knowing Fineqia shareholders continue to be fleeced year after year after year?
