What is the deadline date again? Good morning friends.
It has really kicked in for me this last weekend that we are extremely close to the September deadline that has been established for completion of the Part 2 Exploitation Licence work package. It dawned on me that I'm not even exactly sure what that date is, and and if work needs to be submitted by then, or needs to be approved by then? I looked through that analyst report and he references September 25, 2023 the end of our Exploration Licences. Not sure if that date turned into the Exploitation Licence sit off as well? Does anyone know what the date is for sure?
Also, I think Tim said in the CC that maybe the date wasn't a hard deadline, can anyone confirm that? I believe some save thought his comments as BS, but probably a good thing for everyone to be clear on.
Another thing I'm curious about, did Tim say if the last PP should fund us through the Serbian FS document being worked on for Exploitation Licence? Do people thing another PP coming? I guess that relates to Osmose financing and that is part of the WTF mystery!!
So here is my concern, and no doubt many other's concern, a mere 6 to 8 weeks away from a deadline that may or may not end us as a going concern, that may or may not be a real deadline according to the CEO.
-We submitted our Geological Elaborate on March 20th, and were expected to have reviewed, tested, and Certificate issues in 2 months, still nothing public. That's 2 months behind.
-Tim made it sound like financing deal coming as soon and Osmose get a little cash transfer. All we hear is crickets That was 2 months ago. What is going on there Tim? Should we being doing another PP to ensure nothing gets stalled at this crucial time?
What the hey Tim? This isn't 2014 when you could just kick the can down the road for a decade. We need to get things done immediately, and not at the last second. We need to complete in a professional manner, not like the usual Erin bush league manner. And if running this company like a professional for your shareholders isn't enough incentive, your millions of shares and steady pay checks are soon going to dry up! You are going to have to get by on your medical watch money alone. Gulp! Even if we get a little extension and have a few bucks in the bank, we need to get this Exploitation work done and submitted. You need to let your shareholders know what is going on or they are going to all run for the door at the same time. Your conference call did nothing to install confidence. You spoke to Osmose, an array of big consumers, and Pobrdje as all being potential financiers going forward. Well, who is it going to be? Are you waiting for an offer to drop on your desk? The Pobrdje deal seems exponentially more lucrative than the Osmose deal! You said the big interested entities are dying to get involved, and yet nothing has materialized! That too seems like a way better deal Tim! Way way better. And all the whole you have another job! This is pathetic.
Anyway, I started out asking about the September deadline and I get all worked up about our slow poke leader. My apologies.
So doesn't anyone know where we are at with the September deadline?
