Its El Durazno Project is located in the State of Sonora with almost 27,000 ha. of land area. Reyna Gold Corp. is a subsidiary of the Company.

Dr. Peter Megaw is well known and repected geologist in this industry. I would not dare to put him in the same grouping as Ramiro Jorge Monroy and Michael Andrew James. They are who I am calling a crook.
