New Board Member

Ron Sifton retires from the board and is replaced by Kevin McBeth whom has a strong finance background to assist or replace current CFO Albert Deslauriers. Going forward, makes sense to me as an incredible amount of finacing is required.
IMO.....stock options should be granted only when milestones are met.
