While I am not an accountant (will lean on Frankie) at first blush, this does not look too good. Don't fool yourselves, the strategic review announced, was strategic alright, as a means to try help the share price from caving tomorrow. It appears the only thing this group knew  do to save themselves, better put, "smoke and mirrors". That loud thud you just heard (aside from your jaw hitting the ground) is sentiment going forward. Don't want to be a crying wining baby here but it looks like these guys can't manage themselves and this essentially is waving the white flag. Glad to see they are still sticking with purchasing more reits in their statement...........NOT! I hope I am wrong here but my sense is they just puked!
