Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Funny, I was just about to reply to your prior post. Who ultimately knows what's going on with this group. Perhaps they are setting the stage for a take over themselves or Sandpiper. Having said that, the announcemet of strategic review does have the ability to actually bolster share price in the near term, although likely to fade fast if it does. I had thoughts of and posted quite some time ago of them setting this stage but just not entirely sure. Possible conflict and non armslength appears rife.
