He bought cominar and public securities at worst time possible.  It'll take years and lower rates for artis to fully turn it around, but he's now in save face mode and would also like his holdings to gain back the capital losses.  My base case is that nothing material will come out of strategic review and still a slow grind up,  but I do think there's a chance he delivers or finds a buyer. The macro picture next few months needs to play favorably
