Being a shareholder of CNC requires a daily gut check of all personal reality related situations.

It's time for Mark to step up and show us what is truly  going on. 

Any more delay's going forward will be unacceptable to retail and any potential institutional money and crash this ticker even further. 

I hope he comes through for all.
