My estimation is very close to yours $14.8914 , but i dont take into consideration that most (if not all) of those stocks receiving dividends , so if on avg yield is 4.35% (-1% management fee) than on monthly basis its another 0.279% needs to be added on top of NAV. So with those dividends NAV showing about $14.94
