RE:New Press Release - Decade Resources Announces Brokered and Non-Brokered Private Placements for Total Gross Proceeds of $2,250,000
Ed Kruchkowski, President of the Company, comments: "With these funds, Decade's 2023 exploration campaign will be greatly expanded, and fully funded. Our intention is to continue drilling aggressively at our 100% owned Nobody Knows property, where recent diamond drilling has intersected thick intervals of copper sulphides in felsic volcanic rocks. The discovery holes show similarities to many of the world's major sediment-hosted copper systems. Assay results are pending."
So limited further dilution pending a good "at bat" season to try and nail down what the scale of this hit at Nobody Knows might be. Bring it on.
This from Redplug's webpages:
"Our clients are knowledgeable and experienced investors, with a high tolerance for risk, who are looking to maximize investment returns. Most of our clients are high net worth investors who are eligible to participate in any private placement by relying on the accredited investor exemption. Some clients rely on one of the lesser-used exemptions such as the "listed issuer" or the "existing shareholder" exemption, to participate in private placements when eligible. Our clients include individuals, corporations, charities, and family trusts. We can work with clients from Canada or overseas, but not from the USA.
Private Placements
Almost of all the financings we facilitate are equity financings for a unit that includes a warrant. On rare occasions we lend for a convertible debenture, or a loan with bonus shares.
Most of our equity financings are basic hard dollar financings, but we also do flow-through. As most of our clients are BC residents, we do almost all of our direct flow-through investing with BC explorers to get the most benefit at tax time.
Proceeds from REDPLUG placees is typically between $100,000 and $1,000,000 per financing."
Maybe the current trading range is a big bargain. The bet now is all about grades and size at Nobody Knows. Potential 10 bagger from here? With a little over a 100 million shares out FD, doesn't seem beyond the range of possibilities.
Could be an exciting end to the year.
