I think you are missing a bunch of things but I also think you know what they are.

The company manufactures electronics using a very sophisticated and automated manufacturing line. It's virtually hands free.

The assembly of complete units is quite automated as well using the components coming from 3rd party suppliers.

It would not surprise me to learn that post assembly testing is also automated.

SOP means Start of Production and not Full production. So I expect they will be in a position to deliver reasonable batch quantities using current staff.

Just my 2 cents ...

On social media , Exro employee count is probably not acurate at -129 plus
Add in all the new job openings at Least 15 more spread across 3 locations

Mesa , for example is expected to not even peak out at -160 plus employees.

Listed now there's an " Assembly Squad Lead " , hired or promoted from a few months back which says there is others trained and ready. Sample test runs.
I do also recall seeing a Product QA/QC hired or promoted as well.
