RE:Manji and Board replacementThere should not be any difficulty selling large amounts of retail and industrial assets at some discount to IFRS values. Cominar is having no problem selling retail assets and Artis did quite well themselves in Q2 without even resorting to larger IFRS value discounts.

Selling some weaker properties even at 7% cap rates could still prove beneficial in lowering debt even if it does not materially improve AFFO/payout ratio.
