1 billion in asset salesAssuming they can raise 1 billion in cash in calendar year of 2024, selling whatever is needed including trophy assets, that should be able to eliminate a huge chunk of high debt, and then use 400m for 45m common units at around $9.50 or determine SIB amount and price based on market conditions.  I see this as a realistic option they'll come up with.  Ultimately the reit will be privatized after this or the reit market recovers leading to further upside and 12+
