RE:RE:RE:SHARES OUTDon't get too excited seeing the term Institutional investors...these are accredited individuals with a net worth of over $1mm plus in assets, excluding real estate assets...and these are the type of inviduals that do these private placements with penny stocks and are classed as institutions....
