Manji may not find a buyer but he will do thisGroup the assets into sellable portfolios, like he did already with US industrial.   Some classes will have multiple offers, providing the market doesnt freeze up in the next few months.  List them for sale like this, he should be clever enough to determine the size and optimal way to market them.  2024 the offers coming rolling.  Depending on how far he goes, if he needs to reduce distribution as the end goal is a complete liquidation, investors can one day walk away with $13-15 in their pockets, though I expect it may be hard to move about 1b in assets right now, but we can wait a bit longer
