No Common Distribution - No Surprize

So an interesting day after the announcement - I'd been thinking they'd wait until the end of the day and hope that people would forget over the weekend. Still a lot of big blocks (20/30,000) on the buy side between $5.70 / $5.72- we'll see how the SP holds up.
