Speculating there might be a partner that will save the operation AND saving its shareholders or a new series of tests that will provide proof of efficacity of TH-1902. The company is broke and the only way the latter could happen would be through the elimination of present shareholders. 

The BoD is ghosting its shareholders and let them bleed to death and you are still trying to find exits fo justify their behavior. This is probably the worst a company can do to its owners. It is shameful and TOTALLY unjustifiable.

What motivates you to maintain this position?

What would be your pitch in the event the shareholders get completely wiped out?
