So. People have been coming to Vancouver hotels to escape the fires. Hotels were about 90% full before the fires.
Mortgages are low except for floating mortgages. Rent on new and renewable rental property is highest in Canada. Real estate holding up well. NO office.
Looks good to me for a couple of quarters at the very least.
