JACKSON HOLE TOMORROWMark my words- its either going to be the FINAL "MARGIN-CALL" FLUSHOUT IN T HE REIT SECTOR TAKING THE S & P WITH IT,  OR THE START OF THE REAL RECOVERY BY JAN 2024.

Its just a question in my mind if the big boys want to orchestrate a flush out 

Either way you look at it pushing rates higher is not sustainable and the risks are starting to get REAL!
