280 million PIPE shares gets 8.87% of AmalCo, so at $2.15/share that would be $602 million.
So the market cap of AmalCo would be $602/0.0887, or about $6.8 billion.
Add $2.9 billion of debt for a total EV of $9.7.
Divide by 185,000 boed, and you get $52,400/boed.
Simple math.
But once again, that just highlghts how over-valued Strathcona was with the original deal, and why PIPE's share price cratered to compensate for that bs.
