RE:RE:NWH MEETS RESISTANCE What do you see as a reasonable takeout price? I think 10 psychological round double-digit number.   If they lowball they may try then firm it up by 0.75.  They can also cut the dividend to get the SP lower but not sure management can act in that manner as it screams manipulation
