Electra Battery Materials Corporation is a Canada-based processor of low-carbon, ethically sourced battery materials. The Company is focused on building a supply of cobalt, nickel and recycled battery materials. It is engaged in the business of battery materials refining, including refining material from mining operations and from the recycling of battery scrap and end of life batteries. It owns two main assets: the refinery located in Ontario, Canada and the Iron Creek cobalt-copper project located in Idaho, United States. Its projects include Ontario Refinery, Recycling, Becancour, North American Nickel and Iron Creek. It is in the process of constructing its expanded hydrometallurgical cobalt refinery, assessing the various optimizations and modular growth scenarios for a recycled battery material (known as black mass) program, and exploring and developing its mineral properties. The Iron Creek Project consists of mining patents and exploration claims over an area of 3,300 hectares.

How valuable is their Nasdaq listing now?

Now, your shares are probably worth more for the capital gains losses you will have when you sell them - if you voted for the consolidation then I suppose this is your own doing - but I doubt you saw it coming.

You need not believe me - just believe what the share price has been telling you about the capital value of this company which somebody will get for peanuts before further consolidating the shares and issuing many more new ones afterwards.

Consolidation leads to more share dilution by management and - if you hang on long enough - it will happen to you again. 

In the interim, capital gains losses from selling ELBM are more valuable than that.

Your alternative is to continue to believe ELBM has good management in place - but the share price is the judge of that.

I do wish you better luck in the future.
