As for his past sales I don't know if they were transferred or sold outright.  Much has happened in the past year and thus he likely has adapted his strategy.  He may have been approached about a possible deal and did not get support from the board and decided to go his own way?  Who knows?

We just have to wait to see what, if anything, might transpire in the coming weeks....
