Cannabis Rally Starting ??

Cannabis Rally Starting ??CGC just popped up pretty good along with TLRY, volume on CGC over double average daily.  I am speculating that Hedge Funds are buying back (covering) their short positions. 

There may be big news floating around out there or someone knows of something pending that has yet to be made public.

Will be interesting to see what the movements are contributed to later today or in the coming days.
