RE:MD&A and Interim Financials posted 29Aug2023 I don't see anything exciting yet. I skimmed it yesterday. Phunware is a joke at 30 cents. The last CEO was a scam artist in my opinion. He milked it and burned everybody. Maybe the new guy can turn things around. Haven't been following it. I don't know why Fineqia didn't sell it at $6 a share when they were no longer restricted. They chose to sell PremFina instead. Bundeep has made a huge mess of things here, and he owes it to shareholders and himself to make things right.
I don't know what this is about in subsequent events:
"On July 26, 2023 the Company invested $169,500 in a Convertible Loan, via Fineqia AG, in assets held by a Swiss Investment Manager. This will be converted to equity in February 2024."
We can't even keep the lights on and have a very hard time raising that kind of money. And now they invest it in something else that doesn't generate cash? So that they have to raise more cash? They really to do something. Maybe that is the Glass Slippers Fund. I still don't know how that helps us if we transfer our investments there but get only a partial ownership back. Nor do I understand why people are investing here at a 1 cent for a warrant when they are doing stuff like this. I'm not seeing jack #$#@, I'm sad to say. And I say it with pain and 8 or 9 million shares. Money down the drain if he doesn't do something for shareholders.
I'm just stick to my stomach at how this turned out for al of us. Martin Graham should be ashamed. I really expected more from his governance. Let's just hope all these meetings pay off. Maybe Cindy Amar actually works? She seems to have an impressive background. But then, they all did and keep disappointing.
The NFTs like everything else just never arrive. IDEO Colab? Nothing at all on my end. They only ROI they have are hypothetical book values. Which they want to transfer to Glass Slippers. Why?? I'm not getting it. They lost all credibility with Phunware, PremFina, and Nivaura in my eyes. Everything they ever said never ever happened. They just keep changing strategies. I feel like I have more patience than just about anyone, but this one really tests my patience. I'm stuck here now with no liquidity, dependent on men I put my faith in.
I can only hope there is a plan there that actually works one day. How many times can they fail?
I'm sorry to be sooo negative. I'm just being honest. Bundeep just talks and doesn't produce.
