From the Loganair website:

"Due to a network-wide outage of Air Traffic Control systems in the UK, all airlines expect delays and disruption throughout the day. Although a situation beyond our control, Loganair is offering customers travelling today the opportunity to rebook within the next 48 hours, free of charge, subject to availability."
