The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:Volume: 447,000 (US) 375,999 (on all Canadian exchanges)Volume with a price drop is more indicative of something negative. I'm willing to bet it is someone unloading shares just before an expected NR on the usual BOGO deal at 20 cents.  As much as I wish it wasn't.
