RE:The second the NCIB expiresThe long term success of Artis REIT is dependant on using excess cash to reduce debt and not return money  to shareholders in the form of stock repurchases. You are hoping for every possible manuver to recover your initial investment as quickly as possible and forgetting that patience will be far more effective in creating wealth.
