RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Globe articleThose changes have already been made.  The current management group appears to take their accountability quite seriously and are certainly not running the company into the ground.  Leon has done more good things for this company in his short tenure than arguably either of the previous ceo's.  The pay schemes are not meant to reward for good stock performance so much as for business metrics that management can control.  A good nickel market and a appetite for share repurchases and this thing will be forced higher kicking and screaming.
